Clients can choose to:

•   Collect the sample themselves and post it to the laboratory or
•   Proceed to give the sample at Patient Reception at The Doctors Laboratory.

If a self-collect and post sample is chosen, then the test kit will be posted to clients who will then post the sample back in the postage-paid envelope provided. This method obviously takes longer but is more cost effective and can be done UK-wide.

  All samples can be done at Patient Reception at The Doctors Laboratory.

Most can be done on a walk-in basis during laboratory opening times:

Mon-Fri: 7.00 am - 7.00 pm
Saturdays: 7.00 am - 1.00 pm

  Chain of Custody tests need an appointment during these times:

Mon-Fri: 9am-4pm

Clients can leave once the test sample has been provided.
