Refund Policy

You can request a full refund at any time before taking a test at the laboratory.

After we initiate a refund, our payments provider Stripe submits refund requests to your bank or card issuer. You see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon your bank.

Once you have attended Patient Reception at The Doctors Laboratory and given your sample or your postal test sample has arrived at The Doctors Laboratory, no refund is possible.
